For some time we have been following a video course in the form of a ‘soap’, giving plentiful re-use of gradually expanding vocabulary, and set in different parts of the Spanish speaking world.
The spoken language is well supported by written summaries. Other materials are available as needed.
This is a co-operative learning group as I am learning myself on the basis of very little prior knowledge. I have been encouraged by the progress I have made!!
All levels are welcome especially if you have a large hacienda or bodega with a stock of Rioja.
Help from a really fluent Spanish speaker would be a great help.
March 2011: Low numbers at present so can accommodate more, especially at an intermediate level (but beginners would still be welcome)
Autumn 2010 Update: As of 1st September, a Beginners’ group (but open to all comers) on Wednesdays, 3.00pm – 5.00pm.
