This is an Informal craft group meeting in each others houses twice a month.
We sew, knit, embroider, do canvas work and enjoy a cup of tea and each others’ company and skills.

November 2010: For those who do not know me, I am the co-ordinator, (not the leader) of the Craft Group.
Although we do not have anyone to give us definite instructions, we can always ask each other for advice on how to do something – and we do produce finished articles. For instance, there are items to wear, for charity, and to use in the home. These are made up from embroidery, knitting, canvas work, crochet, and needle painting. We enjoy each other’s company over a cup of tea and a biscuit, sometimes putting the world to rights! It is a very convivial afternoon and has always been very well supported – in fact, we are full up at the moment. Marie Harris
